Ingredients
The Cheese & Base:
- 1 net of Babybel cheese (6–12 pieces)
- 1/2 cup All-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
The Spicy Crunch:
- 1 bag Flamin' Hot Cheetos
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder (Optional) mix this into the flour
For Cooking:
- Cooking spray for Air Fryer
Method
- Prep Cheetos: Place the Hot Cheetos in a food processor or a Ziploc bag and crush them until they become fine crumbs. Transfer to a shallow bowl.

- Bread Station: Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with the beaten eggs, and one with the crushed Cheeto crumbs.
- The Double Coat (Secret for Success):Remove the wax from the Babybels.Coat each cheese in flour, then dip in the egg wash.Roll in the Cheeto crumbs.Repeat: Dip back into the egg wash and then into the Cheeto crumbs again. This double coating ensures the cheese doesn't leak out!

- Freeze: Place the coated Babybels on a tray and freeze for at least 30–45 minutes. This is the most important step to prevent the cheese from exploding before the crust is crispy.

- Cook:Air Fry: Spray with a little oil. Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 4–5 minutes, turning halfway through.

- Serve: Serve immediately while hot and stretchy. Pairs perfectly with cool Ranch dressing or a drizzle of honey.

Notes
- Don't Skip the Freeze: If the cheese is at room temperature when it hits the oil, it will melt too fast and leak everywhere.
- Finely Crushed: Make sure the Cheetos are very finely ground. If the pieces are too big, they won't stick well to the rounded edges of the Babybel.
- Flavor Twist: Try dipping these in Hot Honey for a spicy-sweet combo that is absolutely addictive!
