Dubai chocolate strawberries🤎🍓

148kcal

Ingredients

  • 2-3 cup shredded kataifi
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup pistachio butter
  • 1/2 tbsp tahini
  • 10 strawberries 🍓 Approximately
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips you can use dark chocolate or semi sweet if you prefer
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • Finely chopped Pistachios

Method

  1. Toast the shredded kataifi with the butter until golden brown
  2. in a bowl, mix together the toasted kataifi, pistachio butter, and tahini
  3. Pour onto a pan lined with parchment paper and flatten. Then put in the freezer to help harden it a bit (about 15-20 min)
  4. 4. After about 15-20 minutes, remove from the freezer and wrap the kataifi mix around each strawberry. Then squeeze down on the strawberry to fully coat and pack it down
  5. Set aside and melt the chocolate chips with the coconut oil. To easily melt chocolate you can microwave in 30 sec intervals, mixing in between. Be careful to not overheat chocolate in the microwave so it doesn’t harden
  6. Dip each strawberry in the melted chocolate
  7. Sprinkle with pistachios. You can cool down in the fridge or freezer until the chocolate fully hardens
  8. Enjoy!!🤎🍓
