• For the best Mini Churros, bring the milk, water, butter, and sugar to a gentle boil before adding the flour to create a smooth, traditional choux-style dough.• Allow the dough to cool slightly before mixing in the eggs to create a smooth and pipeable consistency.• Fry the churros in oil heated to approximately 350°F until they are golden brown and crispy on all sides.• Avoid overcrowding the pan, as this will lower the oil temperature and prevent the churros from becoming evenly crispy.• Toss the Mini Churros in sugar immediately after frying while they are still warm so the sugar sticks evenly.• These homemade churro bites are best enjoyed fresh but can be reheated in an air fryer or oven for a few minutes to restore their crisp exterior.• Serve with chocolate sauce, dulce de leche, caramel, or enjoy them exactly as they are.
