Ingredients

  • 2 whole Pineapples, peeled and chopped
  • 1 lb fresh ginger, peeled
  • 2 whole fresh turmeric roots, peeled
  • 2 whole oranges, peeled
  • 1 whole squeezed lemon
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tsp tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

1 Pineapple Corer & Slicer this of course is optional but I'm obsessed with this amazon find
1 Juicer/Nutmilk Bag this bag is my go to for juicing, nut milk, and cheese straining

Method

  1. First, peel the pineapple

  3. Roughly chop the ginger and turmeric
  4. In a blender, add the pineapple, oranges, ginger, turmeric

  5. Squeeze in the lemon juice
  6. Also add the black pepper and cayenne pepper
  7. Add in the 1/4 cup of water. You can also use coconut water but I didn't have any
  8. Blend until smooth
  9. In a bowl, add a nutmilk bag and strain the juice
