Notes

β€’ For the best Mini Churros, bring the milk, water, butter, and sugar to a gentle boil before adding the flour to create a smooth, traditional choux-style dough.
β€’ Allow the dough to cool slightly before mixing in the eggs to create a smooth and pipeable consistency.
β€’ Fry the churros in oil heated to approximately 350Β°F until they are golden brown and crispy on all sides.
β€’ Avoid overcrowding the pan, as this will lower the oil temperature and prevent the churros from becoming evenly crispy.
β€’ Toss the Mini Churros in sugar immediately after frying while they are still warm so the sugar sticks evenly.
β€’ These homemade churro bites are best enjoyed fresh but can be reheated in an air fryer or oven for a few minutes to restore their crisp exterior.
β€’ Serve with chocolate sauce, dulce de leche, caramel, or enjoy them exactly as they are.
